I appreciate your patronage at Suzanne Charlebois, Gemologist. To ensure your satisfaction, I have formulated the following return policy:

Full Refund Option: You may request a full refund within 10 days after delivery confirmation, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for a refund is applicable only to items shipped with tracking.

2. The item(s) must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with the security seal intact.

3. The cost of shipping is non refundable.

4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs

Partial Refund Option: If you wish to return items within 30 days after delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please note the following conditions:

1. A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which includes gemstone identification charges.

2. The cost of shipping is non refundable. 

3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

For all returns, please ensure compliance with the stated conditions to expedite the refund process. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items to determine refund eligibility.
