  • 57th Annual OLMC Gem and Mineral Show September 20-21, 2025

  • September 20 and 21, 2025, at the Nepean Sportsplex, in Ottawa. Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, Sun. 10 am - 5 pm. Door Prizes. Dealers and exhibitors with gemstones, minerals, fossils, jewellery, crystals, beads, equipment, carvings and so much more. Plus, the OLMC will host colourful displays, demonstrations and hands-on activities, and mineral and gem identification.

  • The Annual Show is the highlight of our year, and the fundraiser which keeps the workshop functioning.The venue is filled to capacity with dealers, customers and onlookers. Where else can one shop for some of the best gemstones and minerals in the world offered at very reasonable prices. In addition to dealers, the show features demonstrations, displays, seminars and informal gemstone evaluations.

  • General Admission: $8.00
    12yrs & under, Free

  • Sportsplex Location:

  • The Nepean Sportsplex is located at 1701 Woodroffe Avenue north of the Ottawa Greenbelt, near the former Confederation High School along OC Transpo route 74 or 75. [ Google Map ].

  • Parking is free at the Sportsplex.

    Return Policy:

    I appreciate your patronage at Suzanne Charlebois, Gemologist. To ensure your satisfaction, I have formulated the following return policy:

    Full Refund Option: You may request a full refund within 10 days after delivery confirmation, subject to the following conditions:

    1. Eligibility for a refund is applicable only to items shipped with tracking.

    2. The item(s) must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with the security seal intact.

    3. The cost of shipping is non refundable.

    4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs

    Partial Refund Option: If you wish to return items within 30 days after delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please note the following conditions:

    1. A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, which includes gemstone identification charges.

    2. The cost of shipping is non refundable. 

    3. you are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

    For all returns, please ensure compliance with the stated conditions to expedite the refund process. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items to determine refund eligibility.
